Transferring graphene is a problem for the emerging transparent and flexible graphene-based industry/applications, for example touch panels. This approach is effective, reliable, has minimal amount of process steps, and it is scalable for industrial purposes. In this method the substrate for flexible electronics is formed (deposited) on graphene using a gas phase process. This allows uniform uniform conformal coating, which is vital for high-quality products and high yield. Other techniques tend to have defects in the graphene film.
Method is tested and verified in laboratory.
