- Excellent hydrophobicity (water repellence)
- Thin, transparent coating
- Natural and non-toxic
- Does not smell
- Can be cost efficiently produced
- Protecting indoor wooden materials, walls, ceilings, furniture etc.
- Functional outdoor wear
- Sports clothing
Easily applicable carnauba wax particles protect cellulosic surfaces. The combination of low surface energy and high surface roughness give excellent water-resistance, but the open particle structure still allow for breathability. Can be used on different kinds of cellulosic surfaces, e.g. wood and textiles. Safe for both humans and the environment as it contains only natural and non-toxic materials.
